Wim Hof Method and Yogic Meditation Workshop on Martha’s Vineyard

Errol is excited to announce a Wim Hof Method and Yogic Meditation Workshop on August 7th from 7am-11am at the beautiful North Tabor Farm located at 4 North Tabor Farm Road, Chilmark, MA! The workshop will be co-hosted by Jessica Sears, founder and CEO of Bold LLC, a peak performance and leadership consulting firm who is also an RYT certified Yoga Instructor.

The experience will include a focus on breathing exercises, cold exposure, mindset/focus, and yogic meditation. The workshop will also include light lecture on the theory behind the Wim Hof Method, and will give you personal instruction and feedback from Errol and Jessica. You will leave the workshop with the knowledge and skills to incorporate the Wim Hof Method and Yogic Meditation into your daily practice.

The cost is $185 per person, and a portion of the proceeds benefit North Tabor Farm! Registration deadline is August 5th!
